Handmade variation
Every piece is poured, shaped and finished by hand, so small variations in colour, flower placement and finish are natural — they're what make your piece one of a kind, not a defect.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or repair of the affected item.
Personalized & custom orders
Because personalized and custom pieces are made specifically for you, they can't be returned or exchanged once production has started. We share details for your approval before we begin.
Cancellations
Standard orders can be cancelled before production begins — message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Custom orders can be cancelled before we start crafting.
Delivery timelines
Because every Givora Crafts creation is carefully handmade and packed with love, please allow 7–10 days for delivery. Customized orders may require additional preparation time. We'll confirm the expected delivery date before processing your order.
Your photos & reviews
Photos and videos you submit are never published without your consent, and every review is reviewed by our team before it appears on the website.
